Totally Yours Rental Tote Rental Agreement

 

This agreement is between Totally Yours Rental and the customer renting the totes.

The customer agrees to return all rented totes in the same condition they were received, except for normal wear and tear.

Damage or Lost Tote Fees

If a tote is damaged beyond normal use, lost, stolen, or not returned, the customer agrees to pay the following replacement fees:

​

• Small Tote: $15

• Medium Tote: $20

• Large Tote: $30

​

The customer may also be charged a cleaning or damage fee for totes returned excessively dirty or damaged.

The customer understands that all totes remain the property of Totally Yours Rental and must be returned by the agreed-upon return date.

By booking the customer agrees to be responsible for any rented totes that are damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned.
